Villa Pina is spread over three levels, with spacious, bright, and beautiful living spaces, all of them equipped with air conditioning. On the raised ground floor, the entrance leads to a large living room with a fireplace and two large windows overlooking the stunning garden, connected to the dining room and the equipped kitchen. In the warmer months, the living area extends with two porches facing the park, which become the space for lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation outdoors. Also on the ground floor, access is granted to a second wing of the house, where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with tub and shower, a second bathroom with shower, and an elegant study with an antique 19th-century library.
Connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, the attic first floor houses a double bedroom, a twin room, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and ornamental fireplace – an intimate and cozy space, perfect for relaxation.
On the ground floor, there is a large tavern used as a living room with direct access to the outdoors, as well as a double room and a bathroom with a shower and Turkish bath, designed for a wellness break.
